Format of Lecture Files
 
If you have an oral presentation (your abstract does not end with a P) you have to upload your file at one of the two "Slide-check rooms" minimum two hours before your Symposium or Lecture. The assignment of the speakers will be listed here later. You will be able to link your laptop directly at the rooms. However, please check the compatibility before the Symposium/Lecture and be prepared to bring your file on a transformable format (pen-drive, CD, etc.). You will be able to upload your presentation to this web-site as well. We will announce the details of this option in the middle of June.
Optimal conditions of presentation files
Presentation file: Microsoft Powerpoint (If you want to use other softwares, please bring it to the Congress)
Resolution: 1024*765 XGA

In your slides:
Do not use letters smaller than 12 pt.
If you use animations please embed them, if it is a special animation send the codec also and bring all the files on a CD to the Congress.
If you have a Macintosh computer, it can be plugged in having a conventional, 15-pin socket. If your computer does not have this connection, please bring an appropriate converter with you.
